Questions teachers ask
What is a credit?
Credits are how Lesson Lamb measures the work it does for you. Bigger jobs, like a full pack with slides and three worksheets, use more credits than a single word mat. You see the estimate before you press make, and you only pay for what is actually made. If something fails, you are not charged.
Can I edit what it makes?
Yes. Everything comes as Word and PowerPoint as well as PDF, so you can change anything. You can also ask Lesson Lamb to remake just one part, like "make the challenge sheet harder".
Does it know my curriculum?
Lesson Lamb plans to the Curriculum for Wales, the National Curriculum in England, EYFS, Scotland's Curriculum for Excellence and the Northern Ireland Curriculum. It can write in English, Welsh, or both.
What happens to pupil information?
Only add what you need, such as first names and a few notes for pupil profiles. Your files are kept private to your account, and you can delete them at any time. Schools can get in touch about data protection.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your settings. Credits you topped up stay with you.
